Formed in 1987 Andrew P R Love architecture.design.planning ltd is a Norfolk based architectural technologist practice.

The majority of our work is a result of referrals and good client reference, and we actively promote a close working relationship with our clients and consultants. We have excellent local knowledge and contacts and a large and broad-ranging portfolio of projects throughout Norfolk and Suffolk in the residential, leisure and commercial sectors.

We are very experienced in producing and handling planning and building control applications and seeing them through to a successful consent. We also have close ties with specialist planning consultants for more complex planning enquiries and appeals. We have an extremely good relationship with the local authorities planning, conservation and building control officers.

From structural engineers to ecologists to quantity surveyors, we only use experienced specialists; people we are comfortable working with and with whom we have a good rapport. Our founding expertise was established in alteration and adaption schemes to existing and historic buildings, with a particular need to be sensitive to their existing environments and promote maximum sustainability. We also offer specialist knowledge for listed building and conservation works.
